A class template turns a monster into an elite, just like the regular templates. You gain some of the class' built-in abilities, HP, defenses, skills, & proficiencies (which is why there's a different template for each class), along with 1 at-will, 1 encounter (2 if paragon), 1 daily (2 if epic), and 1 utility (2 if paragon, 3 if epic). All powers have to be the monster's level or lower, and must be different levels. So a level 17 monster couldn't get two lvl 17 encounter powers; one power could be lvl 17 and the other would be lvl 13 or lower.Shroomy said:I don't think this has been answered yet, but how exactly do class templates work?
