Classic D&D comic book Item: "Hand of Valrak"

So I just bought and am reading the dungeons and dragons forgotten realms classics comic book.

So the Hand of Valrak is an artifact that was cut off the troll god. essentially what I have gathered from the comic book it is kinda like "the one ring" from lord of the rings. Except that it will cast spells on enemy's sure to kill you. and promises wishes, immortality or whatever to get back to it's master.

I was wondering, is there an official stats for this artifact in 3.X?
or even 2e would be good if it exists.

As far as I know, the comic book items aren't written up yet, but it sounds like you know its magical properties, and that it has intelligence and ego, as per existing intelligent item rules.

Minor nitpick, I believe the deity in question is named "Vaprak."
