John Constantine hasn't just made one devil's bargain for his soul...he's made several, simultaneously. There have even been plotlines in which various satanic beings are fighting to determine who has the most valid infernal contract!

In the classic theme, Balzac's Peau de chagrin is a great read too, though the Faustian devil here is quite unusual.

I think in "Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norris" is some sort of pact with the devil - but in this case it's a pact with a fey.
