Are there any good d20 products that takes a classless approach relying on skills and feats, and possibly talent tree's to customize characters?

There is Buy the Numbers, a PDF that takes out the class and level system and makes it into a different system while working very well with any books released for the game.

Depends on what you mean by classes, of course. d20 Modern's "classes" aren't really much like they are traditionally seen. CoC doesn't really have classes, but it's also much lower powered. Mutants & Masterminds doesn't have classes, but it's not really d20. And so on.

Has the Buy the Numbers product received any support since it was published? It seemed like an amazing product, from what I heard, but I didn't want to even try to implement it if I couldn't easily use nonSRD material, like Complete Warrior stuff.

Isn't Grim Tales by Badaxe Games a classless D20 system? I'm pretty sure I remember seeing that, except that I'm too poor to buy anything new in recent years. {:^D GT has gotten high praise hereabouts anyway. I'll get it when I have some spending money again...... I'm still hoping to get some spending money soon though to get Mechamorphosis while it's in print, though I forget the publisher of that one......I'm getting kinda off-topic now though.....

Almost. It uses the six ability-related d20 Modern base classes, but extended to twenty levels. While each class has its own talents, HD, BAB, etc., none of the classes have any flavor elements attached, and they all follow the exact same talent-feat-talent-feat progression.
