Cleric With A Wisdom of 8 . . .

I'm also trying to build a dragonborn cleric with low wisdom, but not as low as this one
Basically I want him to have 13 dexterity, to pick the feats Raging Storm, Astral Fire, Two Weapon fighting & defense, and armor specialization.

Although it's possible to choose only strength powers, most Paragon Path powers use wisdom.
So, I'd like him to be able to use some of his wisdom powers.

Question: generally, what are the changes of hitting with 12 wisdom vs. Will?
Because Will is usually the lowest for monsters.

Eh, if you're thinking about putting points into a stat just for PPs, you're probably better off taking a warlord or fighter PP.

If you're going to do TWF anyway, is there anything tasty you can get with Ranger Multi and their Paragons?


[edit] Damn... they're ALL gimped to block MCing. I don't get it!? They're not that powerful. Pargaon MCing might work though...

Just noticed that the bonus to hit is off here. You don't channel your dragon breath through your weapon.

Should be 7[str+2]+2[1/2lvl] =+9 to hit
