I was looking for some cool divine prestige classes that offer the +1 spellcaster level at each PrC level as well...
The Auspician is a luck-based PrC from Faiths & Pantheons for Forgotten Realms. I am playing one now, and having a good time. Full spellcasting progression, access to the Fate domain, ranged Bestow Curse 1/day, and my favorite: Fickle Finger of Fate. It gives you the ability to make other people (friend or foe) reroll a roll. You can do it once per day, and it can happen outside of your initiative order. Fix that natural 1 on your ally's save or that natural 20 on the dragon's critical...

The Divine Disciple is a fairly nice 5-level PrC from the FRCS. Gives you an extra domain and some other stuff. Kinda bland, but I still like it.

Which makes it different from the standard cleric... how? ;)
It concentrates more. Basically, by going to a 1d6 HD (and maybe low BAB progression, can't remember offhand) it gets extra Greater Turnings per day (and that's powerful!) and big bonuses to healing domain spells. It's very much a support cleric, you won't be wading into combat with this one.

Another player in a game I play is just starting out with a Radiant Servant of Pelor, we'll see how it works in practice.
