Clerics and calling outsiders

Is there any way for an evil cleric to call (not summon) a good outsider? Planar Ally can only call an outsider that shares the caster's alignment, but I want an evil cleric to be able to call a celestial in order to sacrifice it.

If not, are there any other ways an evil cleric could get his hands on a bound celestial at relatively short notice?

Not that I knew. Planar Ally, Summon xx and Gate all have alignment restrictions.

He could get a wizard to cast Planar Binding for him.

You could do an interesting storyline where the bad guy coerces or tricks a good-aligned cleric into summoning a celestial for him. Maybe kidnaps the cleric's family or something.

Or I could see a storyline where a former evil henchman appears to lose everything, asks the PCs to help him redeem himself (eventually leading to him needing to talk to a celestial), seems really sincere, but it's all a ploy to get them to facilitate his boss's nefarious plan.

My players eat this sort of thing up.
