CN vs. N: Chaotic Neutral Victorious!

Round 487: A two legged creature with a long tail and no other limbs enters the arena to 30N70E. Its hide is grey and pebbly with daggerlike markings. Its narrow head has a sucking mouth and a tube sticking out of its forehead. Pippin waits for Air Jordan to come down. Pippin has been jealous of Air Jordan's mastery for a long time, and wants to finally settle the score.

AJ chuckles at the funny-looking, limbless, suction cup-faced velociraptor. "What are you gonna do? Suction cup me to death?"

AJ charges in to attack with a bite.

Round 488: AJ charges down to 30N60E, and just before he bites, he gets a heavy spray of acid in the face from the suction cup. AJ dodges much of the acid (rolled 20 Ref save), but still takes 12 acid damage. AJ retaliates with a vicious bite (rolled 19+2=21 for charge) for 13 points of damage. First round goes to AJ, who has 66 HP remaining. Pippin has 55 HP remaining.
Round 489: Pippin tries to claw AJ, but cannot get through AJ's hide (rolled 14).

Ow!

AJ will continue the one-on-one assault, taking 5ft-steps to 30N60E5Z, 30N65E5Z, etc. until he gains the advantage for being on higher ground. Time compress?

OK.

AJ hits all four attacks (worst roll 20) for 36. Pippin has 19 HP remaining.

Round 490: Pippin claws for 8. AJ has 58 HP remaining.
AJ hits with bite, claw, and tail for 30. Pippin is dead. AJ is at 30N65E5Z.

Round 491: A large clump of wet snow flows towards AJ to 30N80E.

AJ considers taking a snow bath -- how nice of someone to throw that pile of wet snow into the arena -- but instead will fly up and then down to the creature and attack at an air-based advantage at 30N80E5Z (unless 10Z is sufficient) with a bite.

AJ wonders out loud, "What in Limbo can a bank of snow do to me?"

AJ has to be at 5Z, because his reach is 5 and the snow is not tall.

AJ misses completely (rolled natural 1).

Round 492: The snow lashes out, but cannot penetrate AJ's hide (rolled 13).

Should I time compress full attacks until something unusual happens?

"Follow, follow, follow, follow, follow the yellow line in the snow. Follow, but don't eat the yellow line in the snow."

AJ hits with all four attacks (worst roll 18), dealing 20 with the bite and tail slap together, but the claw attacks cause the snow to split into two equally sized, large piles of snow. Each pile has 37 HP.

Round 493: The two piles lash out, and one of them hits (rolled 17) for 6 points of bludgeoning damage and 7 points of acid damage. AJ has 45 HP remaining, and should have cast protection from acid on himself when he entered the arena.

Something unusual happened, so now what?

AJ casts protection from acid. Oh, then he remembers that he C A N ' T , so instead he continues with the full attack on one pile, bite and tail only. Seeing as how he's only fighting snow, which doesn't move too quickly, he'll attack defensively. When one pile is destroyed, he'll obviously switch to the other. If he drops down to less than 10hp and is obviously losing (such as not even destroying one of the piles), he'll withdraw.
