CN vs. N: Chaotic Neutral Victorious!

64+5+5-9=65, right? :)

Spinach is tired of Force damage, the one thing he has no resistances to. Spinach tries to bull rush Ethel out of the arena. "Three can play at this game!"

Spinach failed outta salad school.

Yes, that is correct, but in round 666, Spinach was bitten for 12 points of damage, bringing him down to 52. 52+5+5-9=53. I do not have an advanced degree in mathematics and three children in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade for nothing. I spend more time dealing with homework now (checking, deflecting comments such as, "This is right. I know it is.") than I ever did in school.

Ethel's bite AoO bounces off Spinach's leafy exterior (rolled 21). Spinach pushes Ethel (29-2=27 for shaken vs. 27 Strength check, Spinach has higher Str modifier) to 75N5E. Spinach is at 75N15E, and heals up to 36 HP.

Round 669: Ethel moves to 65N20E. Spinach misses with his claw AoO (rolled 25-2) for 11-10=1 (DR) point of damage. Ethel has 151 HP remaining.
Ethel bites Spinach (rolled 32) for 9 points of damage. Spinach has 27 HP remaining.

Ethel hits with her AoO (rolled 34) for 9 points of damage. Spinach shrugs it off (rolled 26 Concentration check) and bypasses Ethel's first line of defense (rolled 22 CL check), but not her second (rolled 28 Will save). Spinach heals back to 32 HP.

Round 670: Ethel steps to 70N15E and hits with claws, tail, one wing, and bite for 34 points of damage. Spinach is dying. Ethel has 151 HP remaining.

Next in round 670 for Chaotic Neutral is a rogue eidolon (Monster Manual II).

No, he does not. When you are at negative hit points, you are dying 90% of the time, with a check made every round until at -10 hit points. Fast healing does not change that because it is like normal healing (except for being extremely fast), and you do not heal normally if you are dying.

Ethel's gonna have to wait until General I2K finds the rogue eidolon. It's apparently exercising its rogue half. I.e. I didn't bring the MMII to work and forgot to look it up this morning. :)

A large rock-colored humanoid with no face walks calmly into the arena to 70N0E and spews a gout of thick blood from the seeping symbol in its non-face. It then swings a heavy arm at Ethel's head.

Round 670: Ethel is mad with rage from the blood all over her beautiful hide (natural 1 Will save). The humanoid hits (rolled 27) for 11-10=1 point of damage, but Ethel is not confused (rolled 26 Will save). Ethel has 150 HP remaining. The humanoid can squirt blood again in round 672.

Round 671: Ethel bellows, "Just look at my scales!" and tries to push No-Face out. No-Face misses with AoO (natural 1), but is not pushed out (rolled 13 vs. 10 Str check). Ethel is at 70N10E.
