I signed up last night, but I still have not received a confirmation email. Is it full?

Definitely check the spam filter - if nothing is there, go back to the sign up page and enter the same information. If you get a message that you've already registered, you're all set. If you'd to be double, triple sure - PM me the email address and I can check the database!

I didn't get one either - I didn't realise I was supposed to. Maybe in a junk folder by mistake?

Quite possible. If no email, try signing up again with the same email address - you'll likely get a "You've already signed up" prompt. If so, you're all set.

Mine came from "trapdoortechnologies.com".

Unless Trapdoor Technologies also promote anatomical enhancement products, it's not in spam.

I quickly got my confirmation email a couple of days ago.

I know that it's to early to publicly discuss this things, but I hope that the final product will allow users to access the account through multiple devices (Android, Web, iOS) with a single subscription.
