Pathfinder 1E Combadge - communication at distance/through walls magic item build help

I'm feeling Ventriloquism by a level 5 caster with meta-magic Enlarge Spell would work. 100ft and doesn't need los. Any thoughts?

As I understand it, you'd still need Line of Effect - and even if you didn't, you'd still need to know where your ally was in order to correctly place the sound within their range of hearing.

It's a lot higher level, but Telepathic Bond will do what you're looking for far more effectively, and with complete privacy.

That fixes the sound problem. How to fix the distance issue? That "no 2 can be more than 30 feet apart" is not combat friendly for our flying around and our sneaky ninja.

That's how close they have to be at casting time. Once the spell is cast, distance is not a factor, even across continents - and it can be Permanencied, though at significant cost.
