Combat Superiority Question

It's worth pointing out that because Combat Challenge triggers an Immediate Interrupt rather than an OA, it is at least theoretically possible for the fighter to get BOTH on the same turn.

Example: the monster attacks an ally with a standard action and then tries to move (not shift) away with a move action.

I doubt if many DMs would do that, but it could happen.

Off-topic: has WotC ever introduced a feat that would allow taking more than one OA on a single turn? (Not round -- I know that has always been allowed.)

I don't believe any feats allow for it - but I think I have seen some items that can let you do that as a daily power.
