Like :
edit: Sorceror ==> weird
Master ======> joke
Champion ===> help
Professional => overriding, or is it combativity ??
Amateur ====> smartness
Débutant ====> luck

edit : Professional ==> tolerance zero

Thanks for your time:)
First I thought each stat should be assigned a role ( like in using STR x smartness, INT x help etc )
Now each stat can be used with any role, you have the choice to use your STR as you like it:)

I fear I do not abide to the rules of the forum, which say the whole topic must be presented on first post.
Again, roles have been implemented in 4th Ed;
So in lieu of roles we could easily speak of declinations for a given stat, i.e. the way you use that given stat ..

Edit : here you may skip ( sorry )

now there are six types of Classes :
Sorcerous
Master
Champion
Fighting
Amateur
Debutant

example for the Sorcerous Classes :

Cha ===> Bard
Str ===> Cleric
Wis ===> Druid
Con ===> Elementalist
Dex ===> Illusionnist
Int ===> Psionicist

your highest stat provides the Sorcerous Class you use
then the second stat gives the Master Class
etc

there must be at least one point of difference between two stats

you also have a Global Level, like
GL xp
1 1000xp
2 2000
3 4k
4 8k
5 15k
6 30k
7 60k
8 125k
9 250k
10 500k
11 750k
12 1M
+1 +250k

your xp lets you build your stats, using a multiplier
example :
GL 1 ===> 1000xp ===> stat_1 x stat_2 x stat_3 x stat_4 x stat_5 x stat_6 ===> 1x2x3x4x5x8 = 960xp

the Class associated to a given stat equals ( stat_n + GL ) / stat_level

with stat_level =
6 sorcerous
5 master
4 champion
3 fighting
2 amateur
1 debutant

et voilà!

another way to do it :

1 sorcerous
2 master
3 champion
4 fighting
5 amateur
6 debutant

then, with 1050xp, you can do 1x2x3x4x5x8,
and determine class levels by use of the offsets in between two classes :
sorcerous level ====> 0--->1 = 1
master level =======> 1--->2 = 1
champion level =====> 2--->3 = 1
professional level => 3--->4 = 1
amateur level ======> 4--->5 = 1
debutant level =====> 5--->8 = 3

well, the sorcerous class using Wis is the Priest, not the Cleric;
to build a Cleric you use a combo of Priest + Warrior ( or the like, Warrior being a Professional Class )
:)
