All of those except Valus are available as pdfs, so you should be able to find product descriptions on www.rpgnow.com by using the search function.

Kyngdoms has its own website as well where all the information is free, the pdf for sale puts it in a convenient pdf form though.

I forget the publisher of Valus, Different Worlds or something like that. Plenty of reviews of it on here.

Reviews of Dawnforge (FFG) and Morningstar (Goodman Games) should be on here as well, they were WotC setting search finalists and have a beginning of the D&D world type of vibe but I think they should be able to handle vanilla D&D, though I don't have those two and have not read them myself.
 

What about Murchad's Legacy? Not that I could claim to know it, because I'm not one of the three guys who bought a copy, but it definitely meets the "obscure" criterion :).
