dear ENWurld,

i'm experiencing technical difficulties.

a while back i let Henry know i had two paid subscriptions. one expired in 07. the other was good until may 09.

i now can't access my community supporter account.

what happens to my PvtMsgs? will they still exist?

Hey D,

O should have you fixed up now. I turned the "one year" subscription on until May 2009, and disabled the "multi-year" subscription, and we'll be leaving that one alone for good (until the ENWorld 2 migration, anyway). Let me know if everything works now. Your Private messages I should think won't have been touched, because as far as I know those don't go unless your account is deleted completely. Let me know how it looks.

i still get an error when i check paid subscriptions but that doesn't matter i guess.
