Have you e-mailed Morrus? (AFAIK the rpgnow.com description says you should do so.) If so, it ought to take only as long as it takes him to sort through his mail and find it. :)

For reference, it says the e-mail should contain the following information:
... EN World username, your desired custom title and the email address connected to your account here at RPGNow. This will enable me to match up your transaction with your EN World account.
(Assuming you bought it at rpgnow.com; I'm not sure if there's currently another way to buy one...)

It may be a little strange, but isn't all that unusual. Morrus gets a lot of e-mail, and if he's dealing with a lot of other stuff at the same time, it can slip through the cracks. Send him another e-mail as a remionder, and he'll probably get you set up right quick.
