As for Of Sound Mind...it doesn't really require the use of Psionics, and has details on how to make some minor changes to convert it. It really is one of the best written modules you can buy, and you owe it to yourself to pick it up. It's just great.

Actually, I agree completely. I have it, and I'm looking forward to DMing again so I can run it. I meant that I forgot that it was from Fiery Dragon, so I check a box that I shouldn't have.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. That comment was meant for haiiro, who was saying he'd avoided it because of the Psionics aspect, which I think is doing himself a disservice. OSM is one of the few modules that made me mad because I don't have time to run it until we retire one of the other campaigns. :D

AEG Don't have but would like Rokugan, Magic, and Mercenaries.
Atlas Have
Avalanche I got Ragnorak for the cover!
Bastion Have
EN Publishing Have a bunch
Fantasy Flight Games Have, want more
Fast Forward Games Don't have
Fiery Dragon Productions don't have
Green Ronin Don't have but would want
Kenzer and Company Have
Malhavoc Have
Mongoose Have
Mystic Eye Games Have
Necromancer Games Don't have
Pinnacle Entertainment Group Who?
RPG Objects Who?
Sword and Sorcery Have
TRoll Lord Games Don't have
Wizards of the Coast Have

All the publishers that I haven't tried have just failed to publish something that interests me. Very few products get my attention by the fact that they're published by XYZ publisher.

That said, I picked a good 50% of the publisher's there.

I guess as someone said earlier, even though I now make a lot more money than I did, I've also learned over the years to not blow it on stuff I'm only marginally interested in.

Just about the only publishers that I look to as "must at least check out, if not buy" everything they make are Green Ronin and Privateer Press. FFG, in certain product lines at least, may get there too, although for other product lines I have little interest.

EDIT: Oh, and WotC of course. I at least check out most of what they make.

All I can say is, I hope people are willing to check out Horade too when I finish writing Steam & Steel: A Guide to Fantasy Steamworks ;)

Is this for real? How soon can we expect it? If you're quick, you can beat FFG to the market, because according to FFG's website, Sorcery & Steam has slipped again (now postponed until June).

Someday I'll manage to get my hands on a magic & steamtech book...

Whenever someone tells me I'm doing myself a disservice, I take them very seriously.

I will have to go back and look at OSM the next time I am at my FLGS -- your praise of this module isn't the first I've heard, but it might just be the straw that broke the gamer's wallet. :D

Let's see, my zero group includes:

- FFE (looked at their stuff, both at the FLGS & browsing a friend's copy, but haven't liked what I've seen)
- MEG (There are books I want, but I never seem to have the money for 'em when I see 'em, and they aren't things I want to order sight-unseen; however, I expect this will change)
- PEG (don't do Deadlands/Weird War/etc, and I can't think of any of their other products. It's possible I actually own one, and have forgotten)
- RPG Objects (this is the only company that got a big "Who?" from me; though I've heard of Darwin's World, but I didn't remember the publisher's name)
- Troll Lord Games (just haven't picked anything up; like MEG, this will probably change)

My main d20 fixes come from Atlas, Green Ronin, Malhavoc, S&S, and FFG. Oh, and that Wizards company, too.

Some companies I've bought stuff from, but haven't really liked a lot of it. Examples include AEG (bought some OneWord books, and not been impressed, overall; I do like Spycraft, and thought what I've seen of Rokugan was okay, but they're not on the near-term gaming menu, so I haven't bought much of it), Avalanche (thin books, decent research, not-so-great rules; nevermind the covers), Kenzer (little bit of Kalamar, but not moved by it), and Mongoose (haven't been impressed by the stuff I've gotten).

I spend way too much money on gaming stuff. Have I mentioned that? :)

EN Publishing - Don't really like PDFs all that much - it has to be something really cool for me to buy one (and cheap). (Now that I think about it, I did accidently get a comp. copy of Librum Equitis compiled,).

Bastion - I really mean to, but their stuff is so expensive compared to the page count, I can't quite bring myself to. Airships & Faeries is on my to buy list, though. Along with a few others.

Malhavoc - Been meaning to buy that Nexus book. But none of the other stuff has interested me much. I'll probably buy the alternate PHB

Whoops, I forgot I had Creatures of Rokugan, need to subtract one from AEG.

Haven't felt the need for the stuff from Atlas, Fiery Dragon, Kenzer, Mystic Eye, Pinnacle, or Troll Lord. Although there are several from Mystic Eye that I might give a second look once my life is back in order. :p

I wouldn't buy stuff from Avalanche or Fast Forward on a bet. Most Mongoose stuff doesn't appeal to me either although the Total War and Slaine books might make it into my collection eventually.

I wish I had money for E.N. Publishing, stuff but maybe soon.

Cheers!
