the point of the cohesive appearance is to make it clear when you look at one what it is thus making it possible to make them a core race both in book and art.

hate it all you want but the appearance cool factor might have been what has made them one of 5e most popular options beyond elves and the eternal human.

Fiendish taint is the new gen z post-goth aesthetic, morphing from the previous vampire kink and cross polinating with bubblegum fey (Elf) to give us an entire race of cool sexy Tieflings

which is why we need to vote them all back down into Oblivion!

While I'm over here desperately trying to get at least one good species into the top 10 despite Clever's best efforts, people are on here upvoting High elves and Mountain Dwarves unopposed.

Well High Elfs only on 15, and Lizard and Tabaxi are up there too. Theres still only 4 Elf kindred left whereas theres 6 kinds of Tieflings that need banishment

Vaal and I have different definitions of "good," but we do agree on elves. And I've only been upvoting the Mountain Dwarf in the hopes that someone would attack it out of retribution for the options I've been downvoting. It's not going very well.

The species that I truly wanted to win was eliminated on Day 1 (Custom Lineage), as was my distant second-favorite (V. Human). The only remaining option that I somewhat like is doing fine without my upvotes, so I'm trying not to call attention to it. Even so, I'm not going to mourn it when it's finally voted off.

Yeah V Human was my favourite too but now its gone nothing has taken my fancy. I just know I dont want tieflings or elfs in the finals.

btw whats wrong with Mountain dwarf?
