Hear the unseen worries me a bit, as I recall reading something about a way to break things with that, but otherwise I'm good, and i'm not sure how to break anything with it.

And I have a character with Brachiation, who works quite well. In a situation where you can use it nearly constantly, it's still not broken.

HtU basically allows you to treat Improved Invisibility as a slightly better (only difference being you're still denied Dex bonus) version of Displacement, but only if you spend the move action each round, so you won't get iteratives. It is an extremely powerful counter for unseen foes, but it does have a cost, though the Listen check is eventually negligible.
