[Complete Arcane] Warlock and Charisma minimums

In the CA it talks about how warlocks value charisma because it increases their DC's. But unlike other spellcasting classes it never says that they need a minimum charisma to initiate invocations of a particular effective level.

For example: Does a warlock need at least a 12 charisma to initiate a Least/2nd invocation?

Apparently not. I mean, they are not spells, they are spell like abilities. And spell like abilities don't require minimum stats (although a low chr can affect the save DC's for those invocations that have save DC's, which make affect your choice of invocation).

It leads to either the high CHR build, or the not high CHR build, which go in different directions. I have a high dex average chr warlock right now. Great with hitting with the rays, but I don't even add a eldritch essence (but I will get the acid one just to beat SR later).
