Complete Arcane's Spellstitched.

I know I asked this before but I forgot what the concensus was, if any.

Under the Spellstitched template in Complete Arcane it reads that the creature gains spell resistance equal to 10 + the base creature's Charisma modifier. However, in the example spellstitched undead it is given spell resistance 18 while it's Charisma only gives it a +3 mod.

It had four HD so maybe they went the celestial/fiendish template route and gave it SR HD*2.

What do you think?

Spellstiched appeared in another book, Savage Species (?), maybe with the correct calculation.
I would say 15+CHA bonus or 10+1/2HD+CHA bonus.

The Spellstichted template appeared first in the Monster Manual II on page 215.
Spell Resistance in this book (3.0) is calculated 15 + Cha bonus.
If the 3.5 version of that template is used then the score of 18 (sample ghast) was miscalculated.

don't have any books with me today but I would assume they nerfed the template but forgot to nerf the example.
