Complete bastard of a character? help

First Post
I'm constantly turning to forums for help for a character and once again here I am asking for help. I always seem to have a hard time trying to find my niche, can't really find that character that just clicks with me, but one thing I have always wanted to play was a truly just a annoying bastard of a character.

I have looked into rogue and unseen seer, which is interesting but before I commit to this character I was hoping that I might hear some other suggestions. I have nine levels to work with and I am looking more at thieving and trickery. Please help and thank you in advance.

You get to be someone different every day. Should help you find that niche you wanted.

if it's just core. The rogue is very customizable. Wanna piss of the fighter? TWF flank and sneak attack. At level 9 thats a bonus of +5d6 sneak attack damage and with the right feats you can have 4 attacks. if all 4 hit then thats +20d6 sneak attack damage in one round + any normal weapon damage. That would even make the party wizard cry. You would be the party member that everyone is glad to be on their side.

How about a vengeful, petty Bard?

Party Wizard made fun of you once? Write a silly song how he is so absent-minded he always puts on mismatched socks and forgets his undies, and sing it aloud while passing through town square.
An employer double-crossed you on a deal? Seduce his wife and make a song of it, which you then submit as your contribution for the Songwright Guild's Summer Festival.
Town Guard wants a 'rental fond contribution' to not turn you in for some petty breaking-and-entering? Fascinate using a story on what you found inside the house you broke into, followed by Suggestion "whine to your superior officer how we were unwilling to grease your palm".
Party Fighter complaining how you never seem to contribute in combat? Use Tasha's Hideous Laughter on him whenever he speaks to anybody important.

And so on. I think a bastard Bard could be hilarious.

Yay! Let's go "'Caster rule D&D, and the following quintillion paragraphs are the reasoning behind that' - 'No, noncasters are good too, so the following sextillion paragraphs are a refutation to your point'" again! We haven't had that discussion in a while!

To find your niche you have to try a new class each time you play, they're very different and each player has his favorite.
Rogue with arcane tricks are a good choice but that's for me.

Why would the Fighter be upset? I'd high-five the rogue's player for killing that annoying monster, allowing us to tackle the next one. So would all my players.

... I suppose you could use that sneak attack against the Fighter, but that would get you creamed by the rest of the party (including the Fighter, who's got a great chance to survive a level 9 rogue's full sneak attack and it's ~80 damage).
