Thanks for all your hard work Echohawk. It is really amazing to see how many monsters D&D has.

The sizes of Noble Draconians that are missing from your Dragons of Krynn entries.

I don't know if your "rules" forbid you from using other sources to fill in missing information. If not, you might want to use the sizes from the Bestiary of Krynn Errata errata:
http://dragonlance.com/products/errata/10024.aspx

Frost, Venom and Vapor Draconians are Medium sized. Lightning and Flame Draconians are Large sized.

BTW: Why do you have two listings of campaign settings (one with the name in brakets)?

Thanks for the feedback Big Mac, it is much appreciated. I've added the sizes for the draconians to the next version of the index, well spotted.

If the setting appears in brackets, that means it is implied, rather specifically labeled as a product for that setting. So, for example The Temple of Elemental Evil gets "(Greyhawk)" and A Practical Guide to Dragons gets "(Dragonlance)".

I'm afraid that the index fails to be entirely consistent with this labeling, and there are also plenty of "Generics" where an implied setting label would be better. Please let me know if you spot any that need fixing :).

I was just looking for half-dragons today (going to list the easily available statted ones in the Draconic Hybrids PDF), but I couldn't find the ones from the Draconomicon web enhancement in there. Were they left out as being straightforward template application?

Thanks for the speedy answer. I thought it might be that, but wasn't certain.

This index is something that must have involved years of work, so it is a miricle that it is actually finished. If I see any bugs I'll report them in the thread where you last post the index. (And I'll make sure I'm using your latest index as you may already have fixed things.)

I think I left those out because they are all unique examples of half-dragons, rather than new creatures. But this is also an area where I haven't been entirely consistent, since plenty of other unique creatures have crept into the index over the years

I suppose you have to draw the line somewhere to get a project like this finished.

There is always going to be someone who would appreciate getting one more bit of detail added on. And then one other more thing and something else and a bit more stuff.

I, for example, like to know ECL of monsters and your table doesn't provide that, but it would need another column for monster HD and some sort of sum to add HD to LA. (Given that monsters with 2 or more HD can start with 0 class levels, I don't think that is an easy sum.) So if you were trying to add that sort of thing on, it would probably need to be done manually and it would take years to get through it all.

I think we are better off with this being something that you are able to finish.

Saw a reference to a creature called a Boogin over on Candlekeep yesterday. You have it listed in the 2e FRCS and Bestiary of the Realms v1, but the Candlekeep folks mentioned a statblock for it in the "Beneath the Twisted Tower" adventure. I wasn't sure if that's a new "sighting" or if it's part of the FRCS, so I thought I'd mention it.

"Beneath the Twisted Tower" is indeed the name of the adventure included in the Shadowdale booklet from the 2nd Edition FRCS. And as far as I know, that's the only official appearance of the boogin anywhere, excluding a brief mention in Monsters of Faerûn.
