Complete Divine - turn undead feats

Can someone give me a brief rundown of the feats in Complete Divine that allow a cleric to trade a turn attempt in for something else?

Well there one that lets you power a spell from a turn attempt thereby making part of the damage holy (or unholy) as I recall. I don't have my book here at work :(

By spending a turn/rebuke undead attempt you can:

destroy undead instead of turning them
enhance spells with a metamagic feat
increase your caster level
cast a domain spell
smite an elemental
heal an elemental

There's also
maximise all healing for the next round within 60'
align ally's weapons
spontaeneously cast domain spells
give everyone fast healing

I'm pretty sure that in other books there are
give an enhancement bonus to a shield
give elemental resistances
give disease and poison resistance
