Complete Scoundrel

I am curious to see what new mechanical toys they have. The trick rules might be a re-hash of Mr. Mearls work in Iron heroes though.

The scoundrel roles will hopefully be as fun as the Mages roles were.

And I can never get enough new Feats. Ever.

Can you say Feat Compendium.

I'd like to see the Lasher redone as a "compressed" 5-lvl PrC like the Invisible Blade. For that matter, I'd like to see something similar done for a spear/polearm/quarterstaff wielder.

A Bodyguard PrC would be good, too - again, probably a 3-5 lvl class rather than trying to pad out the concept to 10 levels.

Ghostwalker has some problems. Probably the biggest one is the fact that it's a very "solo" archetype - for example, the shadow walk ability is likely to leave the rest of the party behind. And how often will the character be seriously wounded in an encounter, survive, AND confront the same foes a second time? IME parties of PCs tend to either wipe out the opposition or be TPKed in turn. Finally, trying to turn The Man With No Name into a PrC is like trying to make a Batman or Wolverine PrC - the original character is both unique and powerful (high level) so either the PrC must be weaker than the original (and hence disappointing) or quite powerful (and hence probably "broken"). Plus the resulting PrC tends to be very narrowly focused, often too much so IMO.

That's why I'm hoping a somewhat more party-friendly version would be present in CS.

One thing I hope (but know won't happen) is that on the five level PrC's we don't see all the expanded content. On a full ten level PrC, it makes a little sense as there is the potential of staying in that career for half your tenure (assuming 20 levels) of the game but a 5 level prC is a diversion and shouldn't be treated to as much detail as other PrCs.
Let's cut down on the expanded content a bit. Nuking the bit on combat for a prestige class -- waste. Prestige classes are taken by players who know this stuff already. The example character -- also can go. Stat blocks are a pain to proof, so this will cut down the development time for the book.

Four pages devoted to a prestige class is too much.
