As for Nobles, you'll get the discount, but they apparently don't have them in stock yet. If you go for free shipping, expect everything to be delayed. If you're willing to pay for shipping, they'll ship it separately.

The delay isn't worth saving a buck and a half on the Noble. So I'll end up getting the Complete Warrior, and the Book of Righteous. I already have that Freeport book. I might pick up the Draconomicon also though...

Yeah, I'm kind of counting on the delay from Amazon to push the credit card charge back a month or two.

It always pays to check back and forth between Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Nine times out of ten, Amazon will be cheaper. But for some strange reason, they're inconsistent with their discounts (i.e., most Green Ronin books that are over $10 will be 30% off, but the Freeport book isn't discounted at all). So checking Barnes & Noble never hurts...

Of course, I forgot to do that this time...

@Shatterstone: I just checked, and The Noble's Handbook isn't available at Barnes & Noble. Might want to try frpgames (20% discount?) or even going through ENWorld's online shop (no discount I could see).

EN World's shop should have a 10% discount; I believe the discount is not always visiable, but should be applied when you buy it.

Actually, it' appears EN World's shop doens't have it yet.

Noble's handbook is still at print I believe... It might even still be in layout. It's not amazon who is delayed in getting it. That's just when the book I suppose to come out.

Strange... In the thread on the Noble's Handbook, in the Publisher's forum, I got the distinct impression, in hearing from Chris Pramas and Christina of Green Ronin, that it was out.

Guess I'll go over and check!

I think it's the preview that's out. The book is one the way soon.

The News site says it will be in stores this thanksgiving week (around now basically)

Strange... In the thread on the Noble's Handbook, in the Publisher's forum, I got the distinct impression, in hearing from Chris Pramas and Christina of Green Ronin, that it was out.

Well I think Pramas would know better than I would... I do know that Noble hasn't shipped to FRP and I don't see it on the inventory page for d20books
. FRPgames says it's a November release and that Psychic's is a December release.

Chris Pramas says that Noble's Handbook went to the distributors last week, and because of the holiday, probably won't hit store shelves until next week.

So hopefully, there wouldn't be TOO much of a delay.
