Complete Warrior: I'm offering a "Share the Love"

BotR = $27.97 - $2.80 discount = $25.17 total.

Yeah, it's pricy, but that's 37% off. Can't get much better than that. :) Plus, it's the highest-rated product in the product guide...

Not that I'm pressuring you, mind you. :D

And I'll be using some points I've earned in previous STL's :)

Yeah, I can't argue with the price. I guess it just come's down to, To buy or not to buy.

And to those of you who get the stuff before me (very likely), let me know what you think of them.

Well, I already have BotR. I think it's a great book.

Admitedly, it won't be for everyone because everyone's need out of a divine-inspired book will be different.

It's not a book of god stats (which some ppl want though). It is mainly a book of myth-inspired goodness. Information on having a clergy, a holy warrior (paladin), and prestige class for each type of faith in the book.

There are a couple very minor issues I have with the book. But those are minor and easily outwieghed by how much I like the rest.

Even if you don't use it as a whole, it is great for using parts to flesh out your own game's faith and mythologies.

I got the email, but sadly I can't use Share The Love at amazon.ca, and I can't qualify for free shipping if I order from the U.S. :( And the total price for BotR just tipped over the "whee! this is inexpensive" feeling I was getting.

But thank you for the opportunity!

Hmmm... Well, when I look at amazon.ca, it's only CDN$36.82, and you only have to add another CDN$2.18 to qualify for free shipping. So while the discount won't work, maybe you can get together with some Canadian ENWorlders, and hope that one of them will buy it based on a STL you sent, thereby getting you the discount?

Alternately, do you know someone in the US to whom you can have it sent, with the discount? Then, they could ship it to you. (Maybe with some nice "personal stuff," to disguise it from the revenuers... I've got family in Canada, I know how it works. :) )

After reading BOTR, it made me want to rework my entire homebrew setting's religion to mirror the church organization of the BOTR book. It's a good read, has a lot of thought put into it, and lets you look at some aspects of fantasy religion with fresh eyes. And it has the Holy Warrior class, which I dig.

I say get it. Even if you don't like it, you could give it away as a present! Think of how magnanimous you'll seem giving out $40 books, yet you only paid $25!!!

(Though I'd keep it myself. It's VERY good.)
