Speaking of the Invisible Blade. Are the prereqs correct?! Why in the world would Far Shot & Point Blank Shot be necessary? Or perhaps is it just a typo switched from the Master Thrower?

Here's what the writer of the Invisible Blade prestige class said about it on the WOTC boards. He posts under the name "Sonofaprecherman" :

I just posted this explanation in another thread, but I thought it might be better served here, as per the title of this thread.

The 5-level invisible blade that first appeared in Dragon (and then recently in The Complete Warrior) was edited down from my original 10-level progression. The abilities and text are the same, but there were some additional dagger throwing abilities built into the prestige class (to round it out).

The editors at Dragon had asked me to change the invisible blade prerequisites to reflect their ranged-based abilities, but when they later changed the invisible blade into a 5-level prestige class (and removed the dagger throwing abilities), they likely forgot to change the prerequisites as well.

To use the printed version of the invisible blade as is, simply change the prerequisites feats to:

Weapon Focus (dagger, kukri, or punching dagger) and Weapon Finesse.

I prefer EWP: Bag of Feral Cats. You just can't help but be slightly intimidated by a man who fights with a bag of feral cats.....I mean, what kind of man can put feral cats in a bag?

If you wanna be throwing cats around, I'd have to suggest the Hulking Hurler. I mean, it is the class with an ability called Really Throw Anything.

WonkaMania: The 5th level ability of the Invisible Blade - to feint as a free action - is unproducable by a feat. The closest thing would be Improved Feint, which allows you to feint as a move action. That being said, the Invisible Blade r0x0rz my b0x0rz.
