I'm all for Complete Commoner. Seriously. New core NPC classes, new weak powered options, new profession and craft rules, etc. I think it would be great.
They could drop in some military-commander prestige classes that made sense, along with a few aristocrat and adept prestige classes. More in depth demographics stuff. Magical bonds of fealty. Ideas for XP progression for NPCs, etc.
