Greetings All,
The BIG Weekend Committee are looking for submissions for The BIG Weekend 2004 to be held in Brisbane, Australia over the Queensland May Day Long Weekend (May 1st-3rd, 2004).
If you are interested in running an event (role-playing, miniatures, board or card games) and would like to take part in Queensland's Premier Gaming Convention, we would be happy to hear from you. If you are interested please contact via e-mail any of the following games officers:
Role Playing Games Officer
Adrian Forest: rpg@thebigweekend.com
Miniatures Officer
Kelvin Henderson: miniatures@thebigweekend.com
Card and Board Games Officer
Chris Burke: ccg@thebigweekend.com
Collectible Miniatures Games Officer
Dakin Lowe: cmg@thebigweekend.com
Just drop the officer a line and ask for an event submission form. If its easier, just tell us what you want to do in an e-mail. Please include what the game system is, how long it runs, how many people you have to run the game, if its a tournament or demonstration and a bit of a blurb about the event.
We are also looking for sponsors for events along with people interested in obtaining advertising space in the convention booklet. If you are one of those people or know someone who is, drop the Marketing Officer an e-mail at:
marketing@thebigweekend.com
