Brief History of Thorkin, son of Ragnar (also called Thorkin bearkiller)…
Thorkin was born the first son of Ragnar, son of Olfast (also known as Ragnar Backbreaker) 19 winters ago along the cold shores of the Great Western Sea in the city of Iceholt. He grew up quickly, tall and strong, with a straight back and a proud heart. At the age of 14, on his right of manhood he accidentally awoke a sleeping bear in a cave, and yet killed it. He still wears the skin of the animal as a clock. At the age of 18 Thorkin decided that he wanted to see more of the world, not just as a raider but also as an explorer.
