Concealment and treasure parcels

If I gain concealment from my warlocks shadow walk, do I loose it If I attack after? Ex: If I move three spaces, place warlocks curse, than attack, do i still have concealment.

Also, my party has recently reached level three but I am not sure we are getting enogh loot. I have gotten a lvl 4 leather armor, a lvl 2 rod and a potion of healing. I also have 375 gold. Is this an appropriate ammount or are we behind the curve?

You should still have concealment. Attacking breaks the hidden condition (the one produced by stealth), not concealment.

A five-member party by raw averages four magic items total per level (lvl+1 to lvl+4 respectively), and potions don't count against this number. Is this consistent with what your party has received? If so, then you're doing OK.

Your personal equipment is well within the curve.

Whether the party is within the curve will depend on what the other PCs have.

Hooh. Our warlock has always played that it does break her concealment .. but when I went to find rules to cite, I didn't find anything to support her position. Has she really been shorting herself for 14 levels?
