Concentrating on a Spell?

I have a psychic warrior with a power (forgot the name) that works for as long as he concentrates. The question is - what does it take to break his concentration? Can he cast another power while maintaining the other? Can he attack or move while maintaining concentration?

The SRD provides DCs for maintaining concentration against disturbance by outside forces (damage, earthquakes, weather...). But it doesn't say what you can do while maintaining concentration. At least, I haven't found any information on this.

Concentrating to maintain a spell is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Anything that could break your concentration when casting a spell can also break your concentration while you’re maintaining one, causing the spell to end.

You can’t cast a spell while concentrating on another one. Sometimes a spell lasts for a short time after you cease concentrating.

I guess that more or less settles it.
