Concentration

Can one manifest a power while concentrating on another power? For example, if you manifest "Energy Wall" can you then cast other powers while concentrating to maintain it? Can you maintain multiple powers? If so, what are the difficulties involved? For example, you manifest "Energy Wall" and then want to manifest another "Energy Wall," and maintain concentration on both.

What are the rules?

As far as I recall they are the same as the rules for spells in that regard.

Psionic characters can use a psicrystal to maintain concentration on powers for them, so it is possible (if a little feat-intensive).

It's still possible for spellcasters, too: take the feats that speed up concentration or be a Spirit Shaman.

Or cast Sonorous Hum (SpC). A spell which could easily be made into a psionic power with a kind DM.
