D&D 5E Condition Tabs for use with Character/Monster Tents

I like to use character and monster tents with pretty pictures on the player's side both as visual inspiration but also to track initiative. By hanging them over the DM's screen in initiative order, everyone has a nice visual aid to know who's turn it is. On the other side I have basic info like AC, DC, PP and PI. But for some reason, I still forget whose turn it is and constantly end up skipping people or monsters. I think it's probably because I'm going senile.

Enter... CONDITION TABS!

The idea was to have a tab I could put over the top of the tent to mark who's turn it was and could then just keep moving to the next person's when it was their turn. Then I realised I could make tabs for conditions too. I tested it out last night and I didn't stuff up even once on the initiative order. Yay me.

Anyway, I thought I'd share them here for those who were interested. The idea is to print out as many as you need, cut them out, fold them over and glue so that you have a little tab that can sit over a tent and that sticks up from the top of the DM's screen, like so: https://i.imgur.com/ct0C2Gp.jpg https://i.imgur.com/leL2yaX.jpg

Here is the PDF file for the tabs themselves: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8pDKyfGnLm0TWpfYTRrWjlTR1k

Designed for A4 sheet size with 5mm margins.

Hi, awesome work. Please could you share also template for the pictures you put on the master screen?

I did it in Pages for Mac so not something I can share. It's really just some text boxes and a resized image. Takes about five minutes to set up in a similar word program.

The best I can do is show an image of it:

The only important thing about it, really, is that there's a roughly 2mm gap between the fold line of the portrait of the character/monster, and the fold line for the information boxes. That way it sits over the top of the DM screen flush rather than akimbo so that these condition tabs (made with a 3mm fold line gap) can sit nice over the top of them.
