WOIN Confusion about timeliness of source material

I own OLD 1.2 and have looked at the errata and added/changed the rules in my book. But then there is the WOIN rules reference document. And I admit that I do not know now whether my version 1.2 with the errata is the latest version or just the rules reference document. For example, the exploits of some careers are completely different. Can someone tell me what I should base on if I want to have the latest version of the rules? Thanks a lot in advance.

The RRD seems to contain many things for another version of WOIN (like the conditions); I play by book and additionally use whatever I want + some homebrew.
I'm afraid there's no better answer to your question so far...
