I wouldn't recommend it. There are some daily powers that are absolutely essential to the class (such as barbarians) and would destroy the class if they were removed. However, there are also some classes that have absolutely beastly encounter powers, and giving them essentially double the amount of powers would drastically increase their damage output (ranger, fighter). I agree with the people above. Do it on a case by case basis, but remember, the daily powers are there for a reason. Balance. Get rid of them, and you risk disturbing that ever important game trait.
