Dynamic priest solved the problem! Like you said, just reflavor from priest to psion and divine spells to psionic powers. Mission accomplished. Now all I have to do is start converting spells to psionic powers and everything is green.

One of the strongest arguments for Psion is the ability to use Psionics in armor. That doesn't make it better.

1) there exist Sorcerer variants that can use armor. There are also ways to get around ASF like feats & special materials, as well as using spells that don't have somatic components. (See the Martial Arcanist link in my sig.)

2) if a succubus is wearing armor and engaging in melee, she's already failed, to some extent. At her core, she's a trickster, not a warrior.

3) sorcerer- in all incarnations- use Cha as their casting stat, whereas Psions use Int. Cha is the key stat for a Succubus.

This. A Succubus shouldn't be engaging in combat. If attacked her first response should be to port away.

That's a bug, not a feature, IMO.

In many sci-fi series, starships can travel faster than light, making combat impossible... which is why there's usually a recharge type, or only certain points they can jump from, etc.

If the succubus could only teleport once or a few times per day, or teleporting took a long "recharge" time, it would be one thing, but if the succubus can flawlessly teleport without error at-will, it's quite another.

IMO, a "final encounter" would involve discrediting the succubus ahead of time (the groundwork), so only her charmed allies are there to help her, then a fierce battle between the PCs and the large group of NPCs. Presumably lots of dispel magic gets thrown around to put an end to some of those charms. Even if the succubus finally teleports out after her minions are killed, at least there was a final battle.

There was a thread some years back about how a single balor could take control of Eberron, simply by teleporting all over the place and dominating everyone. Unlike some other settings, there aren't "big goods" to deal with that.
