Containing strike!

Okay so I'm sure this has already been pointed out, but I couldn't find it, so here it is:

Everyone knows there's an error in the PHB that points fighter characters to an at-will power called containing strike, which was later cut, right?

Well if you look on page 50 in the MM, theres a human fighter with the death knight template on it. One of its attack powers is Containing Strike.

Strength vs AC, [W] + Strength damage, and if the target shifts on its turn, you can make an immediate interupt basic attack. Pretty solid, I can see why it was cut.

It was cut because it's pointless. It exactly duplicates a fighter class ability.

Cut 'cos fighters already get it via. combat challenge?

Probably because the ability was morphed into the fighters combat challenge.
