Control Flames Confusion

1) This psionic power lists a movement of 30' and a reflex save for anyone in the path of the animated flame. The power description says nothing about any limit to the number of targets that can be affected (unlike the 2nd level spell Flaming Sphere). Can you target more than one target?

2) If the animated flames do not stop in the space of the 1st target, can you target the same target more than once? (This would be similar to the whirlwind ability of air elementals as ruled by the sage).

3) Is the chart for fire size correct? The chart lists sizes in feet instead of squares. Is this an error?

Here's my interpretation of it:

1) The fire'd have to stop in the same space as the creature in order to damage it. This really isn't clear from the description, though, but it seems like the most reasonable interpretation to me.

2) No, in accordance to my answer to 1). Otherwise I can't see why not.

3) It has to be an error. It must be the number of 5-foot squares. Otherwise a fire the size of a burning inn would be just five feet by five feet! (That's a rather small inn.)

This is probably the most "accurate" interpretation of it.

On the other hand, to play devil's advocate, I'm gonna say
"Nope, it hits everyone that it can in a 30' move rate, and sure, if you loop back you can hit the same person more than once."

Sure, that's a bit overpowered in game balance terms (roll play) , but it's "obvisously" how it works. And it's not overpowered in spell effect terms (role play).

Heheh. I had to use that expression for Chaos!
