Hi,
I don't get to play too often anymore due to time constraints related to my new job. However, I do have a window next month and the regular DM in the group suggested I can bring an old PC out of 'retirement' as it would be the right time for him to come in and help their campaign, which is getting close to Epic Levels...
My old PC was a 9th level ranger in 2E in Kalamar. I am going to take him up to 20th level in 3E and then work with the DM to convert him to a bit higher than that (23rd or 24th, maybe)... as the amount of gaming time we spent getting to 9th level in 2E is greater than what the current 3E PCs have taken getting to 15-17th level...
Any advice on bringing a ranger up to 20th level?
As he was generally out in front of the group, he was usually the first one in melee combat. So, I'm going to say that he'll likely *not* take any archery related feats.
Any advice for skills? What about some epic level feats for him? Bane of Enemies, possibly?
