As for feats, it gains more with its different forms, so we could use all of those, although I agree with freyar's assessment that Improved Sunder feels a bit off without a melee weapon. How about...
10 HD: Cleave, Endurance (B), Improved Critical (claw), Improved Initiative, Manyshot (B), Point Blank Shot, Rapid Shot (B), Track (B)
15 HD: Cleave, Endurance (B), Improved Critical (claw), Improved Initiative, Manyshot (B), Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Rapid Shot (B), Track (B), Weapon Focus (longbow)

They don't really specify how he fought in the 2e monster, so I'm happy enough going with the feats as they are.
Attack? Swap Cleave to Power Attack, and I could see dropping Imp Crit (longbow) for Cleave or some other feat in the PA tree if you really insist.
