Sounds like a plan. Let's take the rogue levels first, to maximize skill points.
Refresh my memory: Since evasion is earned twice, does it gain improved evasion?
SRD said:Uncanny Dodge (Ex)
Starting at 2nd level, a shadowdancer retains her Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) regardless of being caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. (She still loses any Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.)
If a character gains uncanny dodge from a second class, the character automatically gains improved uncanny dodge (see below).

(Drow) Hand crossbow seems appropriate. Some finessable melee weapon?
Sign me up for mighty composite shortbow and paired shortswords. (I prefer same-size pairs for symmetry, and of course, for doubling the benefits of feats!)![]()
Fine by me. We can easily give him (or her) Weapon Focus and Improved Critical in shortsword. Shame only fighters are eligible for Weapon Specialisation...
What favoured enemy selection do you think - Humanoid (elf) and Aberration?
Those selections make good sense. Unfortunately, it only has one feat slot unfilled due to prereqs, so it's an either/or situation. My vote's for Improved Critical.
