500 ft is probably enough. Not many PCs are going to be able to attack it effectively from farther than that anyway.

How much for the maw? 300 ft?

Going by the proportions of the tentacles in their illustration, I'd guess the range should be the same as the bite, and it would cover an area at least 30 feet in diameter.

I'd go for either 40 or 50 feet in diameter, so they can engulf really big opponents...

Engulfing Maw (Ex): As part of an attack or full attack action, a draedan can stretch its vast maw to cover an area 50 feet in diameter anywhere within its Reach. All creatures within the affected area must make a DC X Reflex save to avoid being scooped into the creature's expanded, open mouth and swallowed. See Swallow Whole, below, for the consequences of being swallowed by a draeden. The save DC is Dexterity-based.

We also decided that the speed should be 1800 ft (I guess that's flight??) and reach 500 ft.
