Also, while typing up flavor text, it occurred to me that we ought to add a create spawn ability, to explain how others of their kind arise.
There are plenty of alternative fighter feats and weapon properties we could use.
I don't think they should be able to spawn their own kind. They seem to be created by an undefined supernatural intervention on fanatical, malevolent knights.
