I'll agree to all that. Maybe an extra 1d4 acid for the juvenile, 1d8 for the adult, 2d6 for the elder? (One step down from bite damage.)

Well Swallow Whole normally uses a fixed number of hit points acid damage.

So maybe 4/8/12 acid damage for Juvenile/Adult/Elder?

Skills: dump all the ranks into Spot for locating prey at a distance?

Feats, starting with the juvenile: Alertness, Endurance; Snatch, Blind-Fight, Power Attack; Improved Bull Rush, Awesome Blow, Improved Overrun, Stand Still.
That's not so inspired, but it's a starting point.

I guess so, maybe with a few points in Listen too.

Hide and Move Silently aren't going to be of much use to them, they're not built for sneaking up on victims!

Looks a decent start, although I'd prefer Weapon Focus (stamp) to Endurance.

Also, I don't recall anything about them being good at sensing concealed opponents in the original text, which suggests we should have something other than Blind-Fight for the Adult.
