Hide +3, Move Silently +2? We might also want to give it spider climb as a Su ability, considering that it likes to drop from ceilings, and it's hard to justify it climbing up there and holding on with only a +6 Climb bonus (+8 if we switch it to Dex, which we might want to do).

Feat options include Stealthy, Weapon Focus (slam) or Improved Initiative.
