So is there anything left apart from flavour text and complaining about the lack of "or Chaotic" in the regeneration description?;)

I can't find anything about skills and feats upthread.

Listen and Spot seem like givens. Balance would possibly be useful in a place like Limbo, except it can fly. Hide, Move Silently? Intimidate? Having some trouble with the skills here.
 

Hide and Move Silently make good sense. I like Tumble for 'em as well. Escape Artist? Survival (assuming we give it Track)? Knowledge (the planes)?

No, I don't think so.

We can give it the usual sneaking/sensing skills - Listen, Spot, Hide, Move Silently.

Knowledge (the planes) would seem to fit.

That leaves two.

Survival?
Escape Artist? - as it's all wriggly and squishy
Search?
Swim?

Perform (keyboard instruments)?
Profession (lumberjack)?
Sleight of Hand?
Ride?

- It's chaotic dang it, its skill choices don't have to make sense!;)
 

Let's go with Escape Artist, Hide, Knowledge (the planes), Listen, Move Silently, Spot, Tumble.

If we decide to give it Track, we can pilfer ranks for Survival.

Feat-wise, how about Ability Focus (dissolution) to increase its DC to 21.

Great Fortitude, Improved Initiative, Lightning Reflexes to improve its saves and initiative?

Is Power Attack any good? Does it increase the damage on melee touch attacks or just regular melee attacks?

Perhaps it'd be less controversial just to give it Flyby Attack.

That would make it:

Feats: Ability Focus (dissolution), Flyby Attack, Great Fortitude, Improved Initiative, Lightning Reflexes

I think I'd go with CR 9 or 10 (it's much better than the chaos beast, but I think it compares to the elder tojanida; I'm not sure why the chaos beast is CR 7).

I like Challenge Rating 9 more than 10. They've got lousy AC and no ranged attacks. Their regeneration is good for something, but it isn't fast enough to make much difference in a fight.

Sure, why not.

The 14 HD / 28 HD limits on Large and Huge seem a little Lawful to me, though.;)

Why not shake it up a bit?

That seems suitably erratic, with a prime number in every size category.
