Converting Planescape monsters

Tumble for the skill ranks, since they just like to attack and get out of the way? Similarly, Dodge for the feat?

Tumbles fine, and I'd give them a racial bonus to Spot checks.

Dodge is a pretty useless feat.

I'd prefer Flyby Attack or, failing that, Alertness.

Anyhow, I'm tempted to give these critters Mobility as a bonus feat, or even Flyby Attack and Mobility as bonus feats, then use its "actual feat" for something else.

Mobility as a bonus feat is good, and I wouldn't mind using Flyby as a bonus --- but what would the normal feat be?

So either Dodge, Flyby Attack (B), Mobility (B) or Flyby Attack, Mobility (B)?

I'd rather give them a racial bonus to Spot than Alertness. Say +6, just to be different.

A wastrel can be acquired as a familiar by a 9th(?)-level arcane spellcaster of neutral evil alignment with the Improved Familiar feat.
