Reviewing the originals...

Aurumach 21 -> 23
Cuprilach 16 -> 18
Ferrumach 14 -> 15

...I suppose Int 16 would be more appropriate.

now, i'll go for that. :) also knocked down Wis to 16 and Cha to 19.

Updating your updated stat block... :D

Hit Dice: 14d8+84 (147 hp)
Initiative: +3
Armor Class: 21 (+3 Dex, +8 natural), touch 13, flat-footed 18

Full Attack: Silvery rays +17/+12 ranged touch (1d20 energy) or +3 greatsword +21/+16/+11 melee (2d6+10/19-20) or slam +16 melee (1d6+7)

*We can remove the slam entry, since none of the other rilmani retained their unarmed attacks when they made the move to 3E.

Special Qualities: Damage reduction X/good or evil or lawful or chaotic, darkvision 60 ft, immunity to electricity and poison, lay on hands, resistance to acid 10 and sonic 10, spell resistance 22

*Since argenachs orignally could be damaged only by +3 or better weapons, like the aurumachs, I'd suggest giving them the same DR as the aurumach (15/good or evil or lawful or chaotic).

*We might want to remove lay on hands. Both the aurumach and ferrumach had it in 2E, but neither do in 3E.

Saves: Fort +15 Ref +12 Will +12

An argenach is 7 feet tall and weighs 275 (?) pounds.

COMBAT

Energy Rays (Su): Twice per round, an argenach may fire a ray of silvery light projected from its hands. These rays inflict 1d20 points of damage, and always strike as an energy form that exploits an enemy's vulnerabilities: acid, cold, electricity, fire, sonic, positive energy or negative energy. For example, baatezu are immune to fire and resistant to acid and cold, so the argenach's rays might strike as electricity or sonic energy. If a creature has vulnerability to a certain energy type, such as vulnerability to cold for creatures with the fire subtype, the argenach's rays will exploit this vulnerability over other energy types. These rays have a range of 180 feet.

Summon Rilmani (Sp): Once per day, an argenach can summon 1d4 ferrumachs with a 60% chance of success or another argenach with a 40% chance of success.

ooh, was that lazy or forgetful of me to not include that stuff? (both?) ;)

as for the slam and lay on hands, i'll think about that.

for the weight, not to sure... "Argenachs are tall, slender creatures"

A gnoll is kinda skinny at 7-1/2 feet tall and weighs 300 pounds. A firre, also slender, is 6 feet tall and weighs 150 pounds. So maybe 225-250 lbs for the argenach?
